Mr. DOLO is an Emcee, Hip-Hop Producer, Deejay, and now you can add record executive to the list. As a Hip-Hop Junkie since the age of 10, Dolo has dedicated his life to the music. He purchased his first drum machine in 1992 and never looked back.
A founder of Nasty Fruit Productions, Dolo began to form the crew with his production partner Wizdom Kenyatta. A couple of years later, he moved to the Raleigh-Durham area and met Skaz Digga and formed the group Full Circle. After their independent release of the album “ The Beginnings” , Mr. Dolo signed a recording contract with Now City / Elektra records in 2002 and released the single “ After Hours” produced by Ski-Beats.
Now, Dolo is putting his knowledge and experience into his record label Infynite Music. “ I wanted a place for my Nasty Fruit brothers and future artists to be able to create timeless music that is not motivated by the era but motivated by the Soul” Dolo said. With a YouTube channel (MrDOLOTV), a mix show called MY BIG ASS BOOMBOX Show, the release of Nasty Fruit Legacy projects, and the first single release from artist Brock called “Keep Up Wit Me” , Mr. DOLO is determined to leave his soulful Hip-Hop imprint on the world.
